Upgrade your Sprinter 170 with ClimateCore Insulated PODS, precision-molded fiberglass bed flares designed to increase interior width and allow sideways sleeping without compromising comfort. Built with R5-rated insulation, these pods regulate interior temperature, reduce condensation, and improve sleep quality in all seasons.

Whether you’re chasing winter powder or desert heat, ClimateCore PODS turn your sleeping area into a true four-season insulated retreat—exactly where insulation matters most.

R5 Thermal Insulation

  • 3/4" thick dual-layer fiberglass construction

  • Rigid closed-cell polyiso foam core

Extended Sleeping Length

  • Regular Depth: Supports a 77" (195 cm) bed

  • Extended Depth Upgrade: Up to 82" (208 cm) bed length

  • Ideal for taller sleepers without sacrificing layout

Window-Ready Design

  • Optional cutouts for windows up to 33" x 15"

  • Not compatible with AMA Slider Window 40" x 15" on Extended Depth PODs

Sliding Door Friendly

  • Engineered with passenger-side clearance when paired with compatible window styles

Finish-Ready Exterior

  • Sandable gel-coat surface

  • Must be finished with paint, vinyl wrap, or bed liner for UV protection
