Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your product, you may request a return for any unused and undamaged merchandise up to 30 days after date of delivery calculated from the date of receipt for a complete refund (excluding cost of sending and return shipping). Any items returned 30 days after date of delivery are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns or exchanges 90 days after date of delivery.

Do note however that in the case of an unjustified return ; You the client will have to assume the return fee and pay a 15% restocking fee

Cancellation Policy

Please note that any order cancelled more than 24 hours after being placed will result in non-refundable processing fees, which Canada RV is unable to recover. As these fees may reach several hundred dollars depending on the order value, free cancellations are only available within the first 24 hours.

After this timeframe, a 5% processing fee will be apply to all cancellations.

For special order products, refunds may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
