Victron Energy Smart BMS CL 12/100

The Victron Energy Smart BMS CL 12/100 manages and protects compatible Victron Lithium Battery Smart systems in RVs, boats and off-grid installations. Designed for 12V systems with a 12V alternator, it limits alternator charging current and monitors battery conditions to help prevent damage from low voltage, overvoltage and temperature extremes.

• Lithium battery protection: Monitors battery cells and responds to low voltage, overvoltage and temperature conditions.

• Load disconnect: Sends a control signal to disconnect compatible DC loads when required.

• Charge disconnect: Signals compatible chargers to stop charging when necessary.

• Pre-alarm output: Provides a warning signal before a low-cell-voltage shutdown.

• Remote on/off: Allows the BMS and system to be controlled using an external switch.

• VictronConnect compatibility: Configure and monitor supported functions using the VictronConnect app.

• Rugged enclosure: IP65-rated electronics for protection against dust and water jets.

IMPORTANT

This BMS is designed for compatible Victron 12.8V Lithium Battery Smart batteries and 12V systems. It is not a universal BMS for arbitrary lithium batteries. Follow Victron's wiring instructions and install the specified alternator-port fuse. The load and charge disconnect outputs are control signals, not high-current power outputs; compatible equipment must be connected as directed in the manual.
