The ROAMBUILT Flatpack Roof Rack is a modular, DIY-friendly roof rack designed for 2007–Current Mercedes-Benz Sprinter High Roof vans in 144", 170", and 170" EXT wheelbases. Built in the USA from 1/4" aluminum and finished with a semi-textured black powder coat, it provides a durable, walkable platform that can be customized for solar panels, cargo boxes, recovery gear, and other overlanding equipment.

Its modular 1x3 triple T-slot aluminum extrusions make assembly and accessory mounting highly flexible, while pre-drilled holes and included T-nut hardware simplify installation. Optional deck panels and ladder accessories can further expand the rack's functionality.
