Upgrade the rear suspension of your Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 4x4/AWD with OPTI-RATE tunable replacement leaf springs, engineered to accommodate different vehicle weights, payloads, and ride-height requirements. The adjustable design allows you to fine-tune spring rate and ride height after installation, making this system particularly well suited to camper vans, adventure builds, and progressively built-out vehicles.

The OPTI-RATE system uses a progressive two-stage spring design with adjustable preload spacers that allow three configurations: soft for lighter vans, medium for moderate loads, and firm for heavily loaded builds. Preload adjustments can be made with the springs installed using basic tools, allowing the suspension to be tuned as your van's weight changes. The springs also work with compatible lift blocks and rear geometry correction components for 2" lift applications.
