DATA SHEET USER MANUAL
The Victron Energy Orion-Tr 48/12-9A converts 48V-class DC power into a stable, adjustable lower-voltage supply for compatible 12V equipment in RVs, boats and off-grid systems. Its galvanic isolation separates the input and output circuits, while remote on/off control and parallel operation provide installation flexibility.
FEATURES
Voltage conversion: Steps down a 48V-class DC input to an adjustable 12V-range output.
Galvanic isolation: 200V DC isolation between input, output and case.
Adjustable output: Set the output voltage to suit compatible DC equipment.
Remote on/off: Control the converter using a low-power switch without a high-current input switch.
Parallel operation: Connect multiple units in parallel to increase output current.
Protection: Short-circuit protection and temperature protection with automatic output-current reduction.
Simple installation: Screw terminals require no special tools.
