A pre-cut insulation kit designed specifically for the Mercedes Sprinter 144” wheelbase low roof (2007+), providing a complete thermal and acoustic insulation solution for camper van conversions. Each kit is precision-cut to match the vehicle’s internal cargo cavities, significantly reducing installation time and material waste.

This system uses 3M™ Thinsulate™ acoustic insulation, a lightweight non-woven fiber material engineered to improve sound absorption, thermal comfort, and moisture resistance inside van builds.

How It Works (Installation Overview)

This kit is designed for direct installation into the main cargo-area cavities of the van. All components are pre-cut and mapped to a layout diagram that indicates correct placement within the vehicle. This eliminates the need for manual cutting and simplifies the installation process.

Installation involves positioning each insulation section into the designated cavities of the cargo area, including ceiling, walls, and doors. The kit is designed to leave out the cab area, floor, and fully enclosed or partially inaccessible cavities, focusing instead on the primary open structural sections of the van.

If your van includes windows, additional offcut material may remain after installation.
