Easy Application for Van Builds

Equipment needed

  • Compressor (90 L recommended, works from 25 L)

  • Pressure: 3–4 bar

  • Texture spray gun with 8 mm nozzle

  • Gloves & metal mixer

Application steps

  1. Clean metal surfaces and mask windows, holes, and joints

  2. Mix coating with water at a 1:1 ratio

  3. Apply a light bonding coat (don’t try to cover fully)

  4. After 24 hours, apply a second filling coat

  5. Apply a third coat if additional thickness is needed

  6. Optional sanding with 240-grit for a smooth finish
