Sprinter Van Bed System – Mercedes Sprinter (2007+)

Upgrade your van conversion with the Sprinter Van Bed System, a modular sleeping platform designed to maximize comfort, flexibility, and interior storage. Built for adventure-focused layouts, this lightweight aluminum bed system offers configurable sleeping lengths, removable panels, and adjustable mounting heights to adapt to different travel and cargo requirements.

Available in Standard 3-Panel and Flarespace 2-Panel configurations, this system supports both DIY installations and Adventure Wagon interiors, giving builders more freedom to customize their sleeping setup.

How It Works (Installation Overview)

The bed system mounts directly into the van interior using steel bed rails designed with multiple mounting positions to simplify height adjustment and fit different build layouts. Depending on the configuration selected, the bed can be installed at various heights—including elevated positions to create additional storage or garage space below.

The modular aluminum panels install onto the rail system and can be configured for different sleeping lengths depending on the model. Integrated cutouts reduce weight, improve mattress ventilation, and allow accessories to be mounted beneath the bed. Individual panels may also be removed or stacked when additional interior space is needed.

For builders looking for additional mounting flexibility or higher installation positions, the optional Sprinter Bed Brackets and L-track systems can expand adjustability and structural support.
