By bridging factory ceiling ribs, the kit provides a stable foundation for insulation, wiring, and overhead storage installations while delivering a clean, factory-style interior finish.

Installation Overview

The structure panels install along the factory ceiling ribs, forming a unified mounting surface that runs the length of the van. Integrated flanges at the wall-to-ceiling junction help align interior panels without additional furring strips or leveling components.

Once installed, the system provides structured channels for wiring and defined cavities for insulation placement, allowing subsequent ceiling panels, cabinetry, and accessories to be mounted anywhere along the supported surface.
