Designed for Flatline Van Co. Sprinter Bed Systems, this 5-inch mattress features detachable sections, removable covers, and durable, water- and abrasion-resistant fabrics. Available in four styles and two firmness levels.

  • Medium-Firm: Firmness 5–6, with 4 foam layers including cooling gel memory foam

  • Soft: Firmness 1–2, with 3 layers of softer foam

  • CertiPUR-US-certified foam

  • Water- and abrasion-resistant top fabric

  • Black, water-, abrasion- and tear-resistant base

  • Low-slip polyurethane-coated nylon base

  • Removable covers with zippered closures

  • 2 sewn-in Velcro straps per panel

  • Designed and manufactured in the USA

Styles & Dimensions

  • Standard Tri-Fold: 74 × 67 × 5 in; fits most standard Sprinter bed platforms

  • Flarespace Bi-Fold: 59 × 67 × 5 in; for beds mounted below Flarespace flares

  • Flarespace with 144-in Inserts: Includes inserts for 144-in Sprinter vans

  • Flarespace with 170-in Inserts: Includes inserts for 170-in Sprinter vans

Care & Delivery

  • Detachable panels and removable covers

  • Clean with mild soap and air dry

  • Custom-made; allow 2–4 weeks for delivery

  • For Flarespace mattresses, choose inserts matching your van length unless your bed has been measured and installed to accommodate the 5-in mattress thickness.
