Transit Van Core Front Bumper

The Flatline Van Co. Transit Core Front Bumper transforms the front of the Ford Transit into a capable recovery and off-road platform while maintaining the vehicle's factory functionality. Its streamlined center-mounted design fits tightly between the fog lights and retains compatibility with the OEM park sensors, cruise control sensors, and front camera.

At the heart of the bumper is a 5 mm steel winch cradle that connects directly to key mounting points on the Transit chassis, providing a strong foundation for recovery operations. The cradle supports a lightweight 3 mm aluminum bumper skin, reducing weight and eliminating the rust concerns associated with large steel bumpers. Integrated recovery points accept 3/4" D-rings with 7/8" pins, while the bumper includes provisions for auxiliary lighting and a built-in wire chase to keep off-road lighting wiring organized and protected.
