The Flatline Van Co. Low Pro Roof Rack is a lightweight, low-profile roof rack designed specifically for the Ford Transit 148" High Roof. Its aerodynamic aluminum construction provides a versatile platform for mounting solar panels, light bars, fans, air-conditioning units, and other rooftop accessories.

The rack mounts directly to the factory Ford Transit roof locations using robust stainless steel landing pads and hardware. Six adjustable crossbars can be positioned to accommodate different rooftop configurations, while the included aluminum wind fairing helps deflect airflow and maintain the rack's low-profile design.

  • Lightweight all-aluminum side rails and crossbars; total rack weight is approximately 64 lb.
  • 6 × 10-Series / 80/20-compatible anodized aluminum crossbars with drop-in hardware slots.
  • Formed 12GA 304L stainless steel landing pads with dual flanges for improved weight distribution.
  • Lightweight aluminum wind fairing included.
  • Stainless steel hardware included.
  • Optional light-bar-compatible fairing with pre-cut mounting holes for most 50" LED light bars; light bar not included.
  • Fiamma F45S 300 awning bolts directly to the rack without modification.
  • Transit Van Side Ladder – High Roof bolts directly to the Low Pro Roof Rack.
  • Adjustable crossbars accommodate fans, AC units, solar panels, and other rooftop accessories.
  • Designed for straightforward DIY installation using basic hand tools.
