The Flatline Van Co. Low Pro Roof Rack is a lightweight, low-profile roof rack designed specifically for the Ford Transit 148" Mid Roof. Its aerodynamic design and aluminum construction keep the rack lightweight while providing a versatile platform for mounting solar panels, light bars, fans, air-conditioning units, MaxTrax boards, and other rooftop accessories.

The rack mounts directly to the factory Ford Transit roof locations using stainless steel landing pads and hardware. Six adjustable crossbars can be positioned forward or backward to accommodate different rooftop configurations, while rubber gaskets and sealing washers help maintain a watertight installation.

  • Lightweight all-aluminum side rails and crossbars; total rack weight is approximately 65 lb.
  • 6 × 58" 10-Series / 80/20-compatible aluminum crossbars with adjustable positioning.
  • Formed 12GA 304L stainless steel landing pads with dual flanges for improved weight distribution.
  • Stainless steel hardware included.
  • Low-profile, aerodynamic design.
  • Aluminum front wind fairing included; available in standard or light-bar-compatible versions.
  • Light-bar-compatible fairing accepts most 50" LED light bars; light bar not included.
  • Compatible with Fiamma F45S 300 without modification.
  • FVC Side Ladder bolts directly to the roof rack.
  • 10-Series crossbars provide convenient mounting points for rooftop accessories.
  • Rubber footer gaskets and sealing washers help prevent water intrusion.
