Victron Energy Color Control GX – Intuitive System Monitoring & Control

The Color Control GX (CCGX) is your all-in-one solution for monitoring and controlling Victron power systems. With its intuitive interface, it connects seamlessly to a wide range of Victron products, including inverters, battery monitors, solar chargers, and more, giving you complete system oversight at your fingertips.

Seamless Remote Monitoring & Control

  • VRM Online Portal: All system data is forwarded to Victron’s free remote monitoring platform, allowing you to check and control your system from anywhere.
  • Remote Console on VRM: Adjust settings and monitor data as if you were standing in front of the device, accessible over the internet or a local network (LAN).
  • Automatic Generator Start/Stop: Fully customizable based on battery state of charge, voltage, load, and quiet-time settings.

Key Features & Functions

  • Energy Storage System (ESS) Manager: Acts as the heart of your ESS setup. More details are available in the ESS Manual.
  • Data Logging: Stores system data for up to 48 hours offline. For extended storage, use an SD card or USB stick to upload data later.

The CCGX integrates with a wide variety of devices, including:

When connecting more than two VE.Direct devices, a USB connection can be used.

Internet & Connectivity

  • Supports Ethernet & WiFi (via USB adapter).
  • No built-in cellular modem, but compatible with external 3G/GPRS routers.

  • Automatic software updates when connected to the internet.
  • Multi-language support, including English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Russian, Chinese, and more.
  • Functions as a Modbus-TCP gateway for Victron system integration.
