The Opti-Rate Spring Pack offers a tunable spring rate and ride height, allowing you to adjust performance on the fly with basic tools. Whether your van is empty, mid-build, or fully loaded, these springs adapt to your needs.

The Opti-Rate system extends the factory spring by over 2" and utilizes a longer shackle for a more progressive and compliant spring curve. The result is a smoother ride that reduces harsh bottom-outs and dramatically improves comfort and control over rough terrain.

The industry-first Adjustable Preload Spacer (APS) system lets you fine-tune the transition between the main and secondary spring stages:

• Softest Ride (Light Build): No APS installed – ideal for empty or lightly loaded vans.

• Medium Load: APS with 1 Delrin glide pad – firmer spring rate and moderate lift.

• Heavy Load: APS with 2 Delrin glide pads – maximum rate and height for fully built vans.

You can adjust the spring rate in under 30 minutes using just a floor jack, socket wrench, and mallet — no need to remove the springs from the van.

The Opti-Rate leaf springs restore lost ride height without over-lifting, making them fully compatible with lift blocks and rear geometry correction kits. They pair seamlessly with Van Compass 2" lift systems to deliver additional ground clearance and a more aggressive stance.
