In the past, van owners had to guess their final build weight before ordering suspension components. The Opti-Rate Spring Pack changes that with a fully tunable design that adapts as your build evolves.

By extending the spring over 2" and pairing it with a longer shackle, Van Compass achieves a more stable and progressive spring curve that smooths out bumps and harsh terrain, delivering a noticeably more refined driving experience — on and off road.

At the heart of the Opti-Rate system is the Adjustable Preload Spacer (APS) — an industry-first innovation that lets you fine-tune spring engagement with basic tools, no removal required. The system includes:

• Primary Main Spring

• Three-Leaf Secondary Stage

• Billet-Machined APS with Stackable Delrin Glide Pads

• Soft Ride (Light Vans): No APS installed — softest spring setting

• Medium Load (Mid-Weight Vans): APS with 1 Delrin pad — firmer rate and moderate lift

• Heavy Load (Fully Built Vans): APS with 2 Delrin pads — maximum spring rate and height

Adjustment requires only a floor jack, socket wrench, and mallet — no need to remove the spring from the vehicle.

The Opti-Rate spring restores lost ride height without over-lifting, making it fully compatible with lift blocks, geometry correction kits, and Van Compass 2" lift systems. For 2WD Sprinters equipped with the Striker Lift Kit, you can expect a rear lift of 2.5–3.5 inches, depending on van weight and spring setup.
