The BILSTEIN B6 Camper Advanced DampMatic Rear Shock Absorber is designed specifically for camper vans and motorhomes, providing improved ride comfort, stability, and handling under the increased weight and changing load conditions typical of camper conversions. Its velocity-sensitive, digressive piston reacts to changing road conditions to provide consistent, fade-resistant damping performance.

BILSTEIN's patented DampMatic technology automatically adapts the shock absorber's damping characteristics according to driving conditions. The system uses two individually tuned characteristic curves to provide a more comfortable ride on uneven surfaces while delivering increased traction and precise handling when cornering, changing lanes, or driving on smoother roads. No electronic controls or driver input are required.
