Headliner Shelf and Cap - Mercedes Sprinter 2007+

Check out our custom headliner shelf for sprinters. This shelf fits Sprinters 2007+ and comes with aluminum brackets, a shelf, and a choice of the “cap” or a lip. Choose from 2 different types of shelves, the full shelf or the ‘cut-back’ shelf, enabling you to stand up in the cab. The brackets are aluminum and ready to paint to customize to your build. The shelf and cap are made out of high-quality 1/2″ baltic birch.

Shelf Style:

The flat headliner shelf refers to the shelf being flat all the way across and the cut-back style is where the shelf cuts towards the front of the van to give you more headroom.

Front:

There are 3 different fronts we offer: flange, cap w/ offset hole, and cap with wid hole (centered). The flange is just a lip at the back of the self. We recommend the cap with the offset hole if you are going to run upper cabinets down the driver’s side of the van so the uppers are not blocking the hole (see picture). The other style of cap is just a centered hole with about 7.5″ on either side of the hole.
