KUS S5U-15 Water Level Sensor – 1.5" NPT (15" Probe)

The KUS S5U-15 Liquid Level Sender monitors the level of water, gasoline, diesel, or hydraulic oil in compatible tanks. Its magnetic float and reed-switch sensing system provide reliable level readings without a traditional mechanical wiper arm. With a 15 in probe and 1.5 in NPT threaded mount, it connects to tanks equipped with a compatible sender port.

INSTALLATION & COMPATIBILITY

• Fits tanks equipped with a 1.5 in NPT sender port.

• Connect the pink wire to ground and the black wire to the gauge sender terminal. No separate power feed is required.

• Use a thread sealant compatible with the liquid stored in the tank.

• Allow at least 1 in clearance between the tank bottom and float collar for plastic tanks, or 1/2 in for stainless steel and aluminum tanks.

• Compatible with gauges using the American Standard 240–33 Ω resistance curve. Verify gauge compatibility before ordering.

• Recommended for select GoCode/NW Conversions wheel-well water tanks, including compatible 20-, 22-, 24-, 25- and 36-gallon models.
