Modular Cabinet Bed System Van Mattress

The Flatline Van Co. Modular Cabinet Bed System Mattress is custom-made to fit the Modular Cabinet Bed System for Sprinter and Transit vans, creating a seamless, gap-free sleeping surface. Available in medium-firm or soft comfort levels and North/South or East/West orientations, the 5" thick trifold mattress provides comfortable sleeping without significantly reducing headroom. Dedicated Flarespace versions are also available for 144" and 170" wheelbases.

The trifold design folds back easily to access storage beneath the bed panels or for compact storage when not in use. Sewn-in Velcro straps keep each section aligned, while the removable, water- and abrasion-resistant cover can be fully removed for cleaning. Each mattress is designed and manufactured in the USA and includes the mattress cover. These mattresses are currently custom-made; allow 2–4 weeks for delivery.
