The Flarespace nVader Brush Guard is a modular front-end protection system designed for Mercedes Sprinter adventure vans. Built from heavy-duty steel and finished in a durable satin black powder coat, it delivers rugged protection while maintaining compatibility with factory safety systems. Optional recovery and winch components make it an ideal upgrade for overlanding, off-road travel, and vanlife builds.

FEATURES

  • Modular Steel Construction: Heavy-duty steel brush guard with a durable satin black powder-coated finish. Measures 53.25" W × 14.19" H, weighs 65 lbs, and features a 1.5" OD bull bar.
  • Recovery Ready: Optional winch cradle adds 7/8" recovery points for 3/4" D-ring shackles, a front receiver hitch, and compatibility with the WARN ZEON XD 12-S winch.
  • Factory System Compatibility: Designed to retain operation of the OEM camera, fog lights, radar, and Distronic sensors on compatible vehicles while providing enhanced front-end protection.

COMPATIBILITY

  • Mercedes Sprinter 144" & 170" (2008–Current) AWD and 4x4 models.
  • Brush guard with winch cradle fits 2019+ AWD and 4x4 models.
  • 2WD and 3500 models require optional brush guard brackets.
  • Not compatible with 2008–2018 Sprinters equipped with Active Brake Assist, Active Cruise Control, or front parking sensors.
  • KC HiLites lights and shackles sold separately.

INSTALLATION

The nVader Brush Guard mounts securely to the vehicle and is shipped on a pallet due to its size. For maximum recovery capability, it can be paired with the optional winch cradle, front receiver, and WARN ZEON XD 12-S winch.
