The Van Compass Opti-Rate Replacement Leaf Springs provide a tunable solution for optimizing the rear spring rate and ride height of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 4x4 vans. Designed for built-out vans carrying constant loads, the Opti-Rate system helps reduce harsh bottoming and improve overall ride quality. Its longer spring and shackle create a more stable, progressive spring curve, while the adjustable preload system allows the spring rate and ride height to be tailored to different vehicle weights and applications.

• APS uses stackable Delrin glide pads to progressively engage the secondary spring stage
• No APS: Softest configuration for lighter vans
• 1 Delrin glide pad: Firmer spring rate and increased ride height for medium-weight vans
• 2 Delrin glide pads: Maximum spring rate and ride height for heavier vans
• APS preload can be adjusted while the springs remain installed using a floor jack, socket wrench, and mallet
• Restores lost ride height without adding excessive lift
• Compatible with lift blocks and rear geometry correction components, including Van Compass 2" lift kits
