Installation Guide

The Flatline Van Co. Sprinter Bull Bar adds rugged front-end protection and versatile lighting capability to 2019+ Mercedes Sprinter vans. Constructed from 2.5" aluminum tubing, it installs without cutting or drilling and integrates seamlessly with the Flatline Sprinter Skid Plate for a complete off-road-ready front-end solution.

FEATURES

• Bolt-On Installation: Installs in approximately 30 minutes with no cutting or drilling, preserving your van's factory bodywork.
• Lighting Ready: Three dedicated mounting zones support Baja Designs S2 Light Pods, round lights up to 6" in diameter, and additional lights using 2.5" tube clamps.
• Durable Construction: Built from 2.5" aluminum tubing with an exterior-grade UV-resistant powder-coated finish for lightweight strength and corrosion resistance.
• Factory Compatibility: Maintains full operation of OEM sensors and cameras and pairs directly with the Flatline Sprinter Skid Plate for enhanced front-end protection.

COMPATIBILITY

• Mercedes Sprinter 1500, 2500, 3500 & 3500XD (2019+)
• Fits 144", 170", and 170 EXT wheelbases.
• Compatible with Low Roof and High Roof models.
• 3500 models require factory over-run brackets or Flatline Sprinter Frame Rail Support Brackets.

INSTALLATION

The Bull Bar bolts directly to the factory over-run brackets without permanent modifications. It can also be installed on compatible 3500 models using Flatline Frame Rail Support Brackets, while maintaining full functionality of factory safety systems.
