The Van Compass Stage 3 Opti-Rate Suspension System is a complete suspension upgrade for 2015–2018 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 4WD dually vans. Designed to correct rear sag and improve ride quality, stability, and handling, the system combines VC-tuned Falcon 2.1 Monotube shocks, an Opti-Rate rear leaf spring pack, and progressive Bump Buddy jounce bumpers. With approximately 1.25" of rear ride-height restoration, the system provides improved load support and suspension control for camper vans, adventure builds, Class B/C RVs, and passenger vans.

  • Falcon 2.1 Monotube Shocks: Available in Light, Mid, or Heavy Tune to match different vehicle weights and applications
  • Larger damper volume and precision valving improve control, reduce sway and corner lean, and absorb impacts more effectively
  • Opti-Rate rear leaf springs restore approximately 1.25" of lost rear ride height, correct sag, and maintain proper suspension geometry
  • Progressive Bump Buddy jounce bumpers improve spring progression and bottom-out resistance while reducing harshness and noise
  • Improved stability, handling, and ride comfort on rough pavement, highways, and off-road terrain
  • Light Tune: Best suited to lighter builds and moderate vehicle weights
  • Mid Tune: Increased damping for heavier builds and more demanding driving conditions
  • Heavy Tune: Maximum damping for heavily loaded builds operating near their GVWR

FITMENT & COMPATIBILITY

 Vehicle: Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 dually | Years: 2015–2018 | Drivetrain: 4WD. Vans equipped with the HD Rear A/C Package may require slight repositioning of refrigerant lines during front shock installation. Not compatible with Sumo Spring Rebel kits, specifically SSR-327-47-2 and SSR-327-40-2, due to interference with the shock mounting hardware. Special order: Allow 2–4 weeks for processing and shipping. This item cannot be exchanged or refunded.
