Traditional leaf springs force you to choose a specific spring rate and lift height — often before your van build is even complete. The Opti-Rate system eliminates that guesswork with a revolutionary tunable design, making it a true one-size-fits-all solution for van builders, upfitters, and DIYers alike.

Each spring pack features three main components:

• Primary main spring

• Three-leaf secondary stage

• Billet-machined APS (Adjustable Preload Spacers) with stackable Delrin glide pads

This innovative system lets you fine-tune your spring rate and ride height as your build evolves — without removing the springs from the vehicle.

• Light Vans / Softest Ride: Run springs without APS installed

• Mid-Weight Vans: Install APS with 1 Delrin spacer for firmer rate and slight lift

• Heavy Builds: Install APS with 2 Delrin spacers for maximum rate and height

Switching between configurations requires just basic hand tools, a floor jack, and a mallet.
