Headliner Shelf with Curtain Rod – Mercedes Sprinter 2019+

Maximize unused cabin space with the Headliner Shelf with Curtain Rod for Mercedes Sprinter 2019+. Designed to transform the overhead area above the sun visor storage into a practical storage zone, this shelf adds organization while maintaining a clean and integrated appearance inside the van.

Constructed from powder-coated aluminum, this design also incorporates an integrated curtain rod system with removable brackets, creating a clean solution for privacy curtains and front cabin separation.

How It Works (Installation Overview)

The shelf mounts above the factory visor storage area and uses the existing vehicle mounting locations for installation. Curtain rod brackets are secured using nuts and bolts and can be removed independently without removing the entire shelf assembly.

The curtain rod incorporates threaded mounting ends designed to simplify installation of compatible privacy curtain systems. Many installers prefer mounting their blackout curtain prior to installing the shelf to improve accessibility during assembly.

Installation is completed using basic hand tools and differs slightly from earlier shelf versions by utilizing an Allen wrench for bracket and curtain rod assembly.
