Installation Guide:

For Wall Thickness 0–5mm:

1. Prepare & Cut: Mark the cutout line using the window as a guide. Cut the opening with an air jigsaw.
2. Adhesive Application: Apply windshield urethane along the window’s inner frame. Tape surrounding area to catch excess adhesive.
3. Position & Secure: Insert the window and press firmly. Use tape or supports to hold it in place during curing.
4. Clean & Cure: Wipe excess adhesive. Allow full curing time per adhesive manufacturer’s instructions.
5. Inspect: Verify a tight seal and stable fit.

For Wall Thickness 6–19mm:

1. Follow steps 1–2 above.
2. Shim Fitment: Insert wood shims to fill the gap between the wall and window frame.
3. Trim Ring Installation: Use the inner trim ring to clamp and secure the window.

For Wall Thickness 20–29mm:

1. Follow steps 1 and 3 from above.
2. Secure with Trim Ring: Install the interior trim ring for a firm hold and finished look.
