Engineered for minimal compromise, the front of the kit uses precision-machined and welded spacers to drop the subframe, maintaining proper alignment for CV joints, tie rods, and control arms—keeping them within factory geometry for reliability and smooth ride quality.

At the rear, the Opti-Rate leaf spring pack pairs with a 2" lift block, extended sway bar links, shock relocation brackets, and bump stop spacers. This ensures your axle articulates smoothly without binding or bottoming out—no matter the trail or terrain.

The real innovation lies in the Opti-Rate springs, which allow you to fine-tune both ride height and spring rate—making this system ideal for heavier vans in the 9,000–10,000 lb+ range.

With proper wheel offset and minor fender trimming, you can even fit 35 x 12.50 tires, dramatically boosting traction and ground clearance.
