The Van Compass STAGE 6.3 Dually 2" Lift System (7206) is engineered for 2015–2018 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 4x4 Dual Rear Wheel (DRW) vans, providing a true 2" suspension lift, increased ground clearance, larger tire clearance, and improved approach, breakover and departure angles. Combining the Striker 2" Lift Kit, VC-tuned Falcon 3.3 Fast Adjust shocks, and an Opti-Rate full-replacement rear leaf spring pack, the system improves handling, ride comfort, load support, and off-road capability while maintaining factory suspension geometry and travel.

• Falcon 3.3 Fast Adjust Shocks — 10-position external adjustment with SP2 rear tuning allows damping to be adapted between highway comfort and controlled off-road performance.
• Opti-Rate rear leaf springs — Full replacement springs matched to rear axle weight, restoring ride height and reducing sag while maintaining wheel position and suspension travel.
• Bump Buddy progressive jounce bumpers — Improve spring progression, bump absorption and sway control while reducing harsh bottoming and rebound.
• Glide pads & heavy-duty U-bolts — Provide smooth, quiet spring articulation and straightforward installation.
• 100% bolt-on design — No cutting, welding, or permanent modifications required.

TUNING OPTIONS

• 7206-LM – Light/Mid Tune: Optimized for adventure vans and conversions carrying light-to-moderate payloads, balancing comfort and responsive handling.
• 7206-MH – Mid/Heavy Tune: Optimized for heavily equipped conversions, commercial applications, and overland builds carrying higher payloads, providing increased damping and load control.

Installation & compatibility: 

Bolt-on installation with no permanent modifications. Not compatible with Sumo Spring Rebel SSR-327-47-2 or SSR-327-40-2 kits because their brackets interfere with the Falcon rear shock bodies. Engineered and manufactured in the USA.
