The Van Compass STAGE 4.3 DUALLY SYSTEM is a complete suspension upgrade designed specifically for 2015–2022 Mercedes Sprinter 3500 4X4 vans. Built for adventure vans, Class B RVs, heavy-duty work vans, and fully converted rigs operating near or above GVWR, this system dramatically improves ride quality, handling, load support, and overall vehicle control both on and off the road. Available in Light/Mid and Mid/Heavy tunes, it allows the suspension to be matched to the weight and intended use of the vehicle.
At the heart of the system are Van Compass-tuned Falcon 3.3 Fast Adjust shocks, featuring a 10-position external Fast Adjust knob for quick, tool-free damping changes and an SP2 internal adjustment providing two additional tuning profiles. This broad range of adjustment allows the suspension to be softened for comfort on rough terrain or firmed up for improved control during highway driving, crosswinds, cornering, and heavy loads.
The Opti-Rate Full Replacement Rear Leaf Spring System replaces the factory rear leaf springs with a weight-specific system designed to support heavier builds while maintaining a controlled, comfortable ride. It restores up to 1.25" of rear ride height, corrects sag, and keeps the Sprinter level and composed under load. Progressive Bump Buddy jounce bumpers further improve suspension progression, increasing bottom-out resistance while reducing sway, harsh impacts, and unwanted suspension noise.
Available Configurations
- Light/Mid Tune (7203-LM): Optimized for lightly to moderately loaded Sprinter 3500 4X4 builds, including adventure vans, camper conversions, and Class B RVs.
- Mid/Heavy Tune (7203-MH): Calibrated for heavier builds operating near or above GVWR, including fully equipped expedition vans, heavy conversions, and work vehicles carrying substantial loads.

Fitment Notes
- Compatible with Mercedes Sprinter 3500 4X4, 2015–2022.
- Vans equipped with the HD Rear A/C Package may require careful repositioning of refrigerant lines during front shock installation.
- Not compatible with Sumo Spring Rebel kits SSR-327-47-2 and SSR-327-40-2 due to interference with the shock body.
