The Van Compass STAGE 5 System is a complete 2" suspension upgrade designed for Mercedes Sprinter 2500 2WD vans from 2007–2022. Combining the Striker 2" Lift Kit, VC-tuned Falcon 3.3 Fast Adjust struts and shocks, a Rear Mini Leaf Spring Pack, and progressive Bump Buddy jounce bumpers, this system improves ground clearance, ride control, and load support while maintaining proper factory suspension geometry. It is available in Light/Mid and Mid/Heavy tunes to suit everything from lightly equipped adventure and work vans to fully converted campers and heavily loaded builds.

The Striker 2" Lift Kit provides front and rear lift while preserving OEM alignment and suspension geometry, increasing ground clearance and creating additional room for larger tires. The Falcon 3.3 Fast Adjust struts and rear shocks feature 10-position external damping adjustment, allowing the suspension to be easily tuned for different loads and driving conditions—from softer settings for rough trails and gravel roads to firmer control for highway travel, crosswinds, and heavily loaded vans.

The Rear Mini Leaf Spring Pack increases rear spring rate and restores ride height lost to cargo, interior conversions, water tanks, equipment, and other added weight. Combined with the progressive Bump Buddy jounce bumpers, the system provides smoother suspension progression, reduced sway and body roll, improved bottom-out resistance, and quieter operation over rough terrain.

Available Configurations

• 2007–2018 – Light/Mid Tune (7175-LM-RS): Designed for light to moderately equipped Sprinter 2500 2WD vans, including work vans, day vans, partial camper conversions, and adventure builds.
• 2007–2018 – Mid/Heavy Tune (7175-MH-RS): Tuned for heavier builds, full camper conversions, utility vans, and vehicles carrying significant equipment or payload.
• 2019–2022 – Light/Mid Tune (7176-LM-RS): Optimized for light to moderately loaded Sprinter 2500 2WD vans requiring improved ride quality, clearance, and handling.
• 2019–2022 – Mid/Heavy Tune (7176-MH-RS): Designed for heavily equipped vans and demanding applications where additional damping and rear spring support are required.

Fitment Notes

• Fits Mercedes Sprinter 2500 2WD, 2007–2022, with the appropriate kit selected for the model year.
• Not compatible with Sumo Spring Rebel kits SSR-327-47-2 or SSR-327-40-2 due to interference with the shock assemblies.
• 2019–2022 vans equipped with the HD Rear A/C package may require careful repositioning of refrigerant lines during installation.
