Upgrade your Mercedes Sprinter 2500 4x4 with the Van Compass STAGE 5 System, a complete 2" suspension lift designed to improve ground clearance, handling, ride quality, and off-road capability. Available in Light, Mid, and Heavy Tune configurations, the system combines the Striker 2" Lift Kit, VC-tuned Falcon 2.1 Monotube Shocks, rear Mini Leaf Spring Pack, and progressive Bump Buddy jounce bumpers into a comprehensive bolt-on suspension upgrade. The 2" lift improves approach, break-over, and departure angles while creating additional clearance for larger tires, while the tuned shocks reduce body roll, wind sway, and harsh impacts for a more controlled ride on pavement and rough terrain.

The rear Mini Leaf Spring Pack increases spring rate and restores approximately 2" of rear ride height, helping correct sag caused by conversions, gear, water tanks, cabinetry, and other added weight while maintaining proper suspension geometry and a quiet, factory-like ride. The Falcon 2.1 shocks are matched to the vehicle's intended load: Light Tune for lightly equipped builds, Mid Tune for moderate to heavier adventure conversions, and Heavy Tune for heavily loaded vans operating near their GVWR. Progressive Bump Buddy jounce bumpers further improve bottom-out resistance and suspension progression without introducing unnecessary harshness.

Tune Options

• Light Tune (7031-L) – Designed for lightly built adventure, passenger, and conversion vans with lighter payloads. 2015–2018 Sprinter 2500 4x4 only.
• Mid Tune (7055-M) – Optimized for moderately to heavily equipped Sprinter 2500 4x4 vans. 2019–2022 models.
• Heavy Tune (7031-H) – Designed for heavily built 2015–2018 Sprinter 2500 4x4 vans requiring greater damping and load control.

• 2015–2018 Light & Heavy Tune: Sprinter 2500 4x4 only
• 2019–2022 Mid Tune: Sprinter 2500 4x4
• Recommended wheel size: 17" x 8.5", +45 mm offset
• Vans equipped with the HD Rear A/C Package may require repositioning of refrigerant lines during front shock installation.
• Not compatible with Sumo Spring Rebel kits SSR-327-47-2 and SSR-327-40-2 due to interference with the shock body.
