At the center of the Stage 6.3 Dually system is the Striker 2" Lift Kit, which maintains proper suspension geometry while raising the van’s ride height. This precision-engineered lift significantly improves approach, break-over, and departure angles, enabling the fitment of larger tires and giving your van a tougher, more capable stance.

The system features Van Compass-tuned Falcon 3.3 Fast Adjust Shocks at all four corners. Each shock offers 10 levels of compression adjustment via a large external knob—allowing you to quickly switch between a soft, compliant ride on rough terrain and firm, stable control on the highway. The wide tuning range makes this kit highly adaptable to variable loads and conditions.

A major upgrade comes from the Opti-Rate full replacement rear leaf spring pack, designed specifically for dual rear wheel Sprinters. This spring system restores rear ride height, corrects sag, and improves both payload handling and articulation, while keeping the factory wheel alignment and suspension characteristics intact. It’s ideal for fully built-out vans carrying significant gear or passenger loads.

Rounding out the system are progressive foam Bump Buddy bump stops, which replace the factory rubber units. These improve bottom-out resistance, reduce sway, and smooth out the spring curve—without clunks or harshness.

This advanced system offers a true 2" lift while preserving factory suspension geometry, ensuring you gain the benefits of improved off-road capability and load handling without sacrificing ride quality or drivability.

At the core of the Stage 6.3 Dually system is the Striker 2" Lift Kit, engineered to precisely maintain stock suspension alignment and handling.
